Removal and installation of nozzles Faulty nozzles can cause a strong detonation of the engine and lead to damage of bearings. In this case to leave the engine to idle and weaken serially cap nuts of nozzles. If when weakening one of nuts the detonation disappears, it indicates a faulty nozzle.
The faulty nozzle can also be revealed, weakening serially cap nuts when the engine works with the speed of bystry idling. If speed after weakening of one of nozzles remains invariable, so this nozzle is faulty. The nozzle can be checked by means of the manometer. (It is carried out in a workshop; the required dispersion pressure: 110 Bars).
First signs of malfunction of nozzles:
- Interruptions of ignition
- Detonation in one or several cylinders
- The engine overheats
- Falling of engine capacity
- Excessively strong black exhaust cloud
- High fuel consumption
Removal

- To disconnect a weight cable from the battery.
- To unscrew the muffler of noise of an admission and the resonant channel.
- To carefully clear outside pipelines of injection and returnable fuel-supply lines a cold cleaner.
- To remove injection pipelines in a set, for this purpose to weaken cap nuts on TNVD and nozzles the cut-through cap key.

- To remove a fuel hose from the returnable pipeline and to weaken a lock-nut, to remove laying and the returnable pipeline.
- To remove nozzles and to spread out as installation.

Through openings of nozzles dirt should not get to combustion chambers. |
- In each opening there is still a laying and a washer which have to be replaced.
- To check a nozzle needle for wear and damages, to remove a soot with the wooden pallet.

Not to process a nozzle or a needle of a nozzle a wire, a file or an emery paper at all. Not to mix separate elements of nozzles among themselves. |

Installation
|

- To establish 4 new laying and washers.
|
| To monitor the adjusting provision, the blue tag has to be turned up. |
- To establish nozzles and to tighten 65 Nanometers with effort.
| The banner of holders of nozzles can lead to deformation of nozzles and jamming of needles of nozzles or other damages. |
- To establish a returnable fuel-supply line with new laying and to tighten nuts with effort of 30 Nanometers.
- To install injection pipelines, to tighten cap nuts with effort of 30 Nanometers.
- On all holders of nozzles to weaken a little cap nuts of pipelines of injection.
- To turn the crankshaft a starter until on pipelines fuel acts. To tighten pipelines with the ordered effort.
- To install the muffler of noise of an admission and the resonant channel.

- To connect a weight cable to the battery.

- If are available, to determine time on hours and to set a protective code of the radio receiver.
