Removal and installation of nozzles Faulty nozzles can cause a strong detonation of the engine and lead to damage of bearings. In this case to leave the engine to idle and weaken serially cap nuts of nozzles. If when weakening one of nuts the detonation disappears, it indicates a faulty nozzle.
The faulty nozzle can also be revealed, weakening serially cap nuts when the engine works with the speed of bystry idling. If speed after weakening of one of nozzles remains invariable, so this nozzle is faulty. The nozzle can be checked by means of the manometer. (It is carried out in a workshop; the required dispersion pressure: 110 Bars). First signs of malfunction of nozzles:
